FFL Transfers
If you are having a firearm transferred to us, we require that you notify us ahead of time by stopping in. If we receive a shipment for which we have no paperwork, we will either refuse the shipment or charge an additional $20 as an inconvenience fee.
When you come in, we will have you fill out the 4473 (which is required by ATF), complete a gun sale form, and provide us with the firearm (make, model, and caliber) and dealer information (name, location and fax number). We will also get your contact information so we can notify you when your firearm arrives. Once you have notified us of the transfer and you have filled out the required paper work we will fax a copy of our license to the shipping dealer. We understand that many of the shipping companies provided shipping confirmation and notification, please understand that we are required to log the firearms information into our books and this process may take a couple of hours depending on the volume of deliveries received that day. The firearm will be ready to pick up after 6:00 PM on the day it arrives and we will notify you by phone.
We will not accept transfers of NFA firearms.
East Orange Shooting Sports is not responsible for the condition the firearm is shipped in. We will do our best to keep the firearm in the condition we received it in. If you are having more than just a firearm shipped to us there will be additional charges, it is always best to have any accessories (holsters, spare mags, optics etc) shipped directly to you.

We will not ship any firearms to the state of California. Please make sure the firearm is in a legal condition for the state it is being shipped to, prior to bringing the firearm to us. We are not responsible for ensuring that the firearm is legal to own/possess in the state of transfer. Not planning ahead when dealing with states like New York, New Jersey, Illinois, etc. can literally cost you hundreds of dollars on the receiving end.
